Quest Learnings offers professional development and skills enhancement. We are not a college, and these courses are not diploma programs. No regulated professional designation, vendor certification, academic credit, employment outcome or examination pass is promised.
Enquiry and registration
A course enquiry does not reserve a place or complete registration. The website does not currently accept online registrations or payments. Call 905-617-2271 to discuss availability. Registration is complete only after Quest Learnings issues a written confirmation and you accept the applicable course terms and any agreed payment arrangements.
Information before you commit
Before registration or payment, obtain written details of the course content, duration, dates, delivery format, location if applicable, prerequisites, instructor arrangements, software access, total fees and taxes, payment schedule, cancellation and refund terms. Proposed website outlines may change; the confirmed course information forms the basis of your enrolment.
Prerequisites and software
Check that your experience, computer, internet connection and software meet the course requirements. Software licences, SAP practice access, examination fees and vendor certification are included only where explicitly stated in your written course confirmation. Ask about accessibility or learning accommodations before enrolment.
Payment and confirmation
Use only a payment method and payment destination confirmed by Quest Learnings. Do not put card information in the website enquiry or downloaded file. Request a receipt and retain the course confirmation and agreed terms.
Cancellation, withdrawal and transfers
Contact 905-617-2271 promptly to request cancellation, withdrawal, a transfer or a deferral. Applicable deadlines, refund amounts and any permitted charges must be disclosed in writing before you register or pay. This website does not publish a blanket non-refundable rule. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that apply under consumer protection law.
Course changes or cancellation
If a confirmed course cannot proceed as agreed, Quest Learnings will communicate the change and available options. Any revised dates, transfer arrangements or refund handling must follow the agreed course terms and applicable law. Do not assume that a website listing confirms a scheduled class.

Treat instructors and other participants respectfully. Use course materials and software lawfully. Do not share another person’s information or confidential business data, and do not record or redistribute sessions or materials without permission. Any attendance, assessment or completion-document requirements will be stated before registration.
