About this policy
Quest Learnings provides independent professional development courses. This policy describes the current website and how course enquiries and related personal information are handled. For privacy questions, call 905-617-2271 and ask for the person responsible for privacy.
Information you provide
The enquiry fields request your name, email, optional telephone number, course interest and learning goals. Do not include payment-card details, government identification, health information, or confidential employer or client information. If you contact us by telephone, provide only information needed to answer your enquiry.
How the website enquiry works
The course enquiry form prepares an email draft in your email app addressed to hello@questlearnings.ca. You must select Send in your email app to send the enquiry. The website does not automatically transmit the form or register you for a course. When you send an enquiry, Quest Learnings receives the information you include and uses it to respond to your request.
Purposes and consent
Information you choose to share with Quest Learnings is used to respond to your enquiry and, where you request registration, to administer the agreed course arrangements. Additional marketing contact requires appropriate consent; an enquiry alone is not permission for unrelated promotional messages. You may withdraw optional consent by calling us, subject to legal or contractual requirements.
Website technology and cookies
Course search and filtering operate in your browser. This website version has no added advertising pixels, Google Analytics tags or marketing cookies. Hosting and sign-in providers may process technical information, including IP addresses, device information and security logs, under their own policies. These providers may process information outside Canada.
Sharing, retention and safeguards
Access to information shared with Quest Learnings is limited to the people and service providers who need it for the stated purpose, or where disclosure is legally required. We do not sell personal information. Information is retained only as needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations, then securely deleted or anonymized. Appropriate safeguards are used according to the information’s sensitivity; no transmission or storage system is risk-free.
Access, corrections and concerns
Call 905-617-2271 to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information under our control, or to raise a concern. Identity verification may be needed. Legal exceptions and required retention may limit a request. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This policy will be updated before live form submission, online payment, learning platforms or advertising tracking are added. Review the effective date for changes.
